Vintage Crackers and Gram's Cheese Ball
Here is a family classic!
Gram’s Cheese ball
8oz. Cream cheese
8oz jar of cheddar cheese (Kraft)
¼ lb. blue cheese (crumbled)
¼ C very finely chopped onions
1 ½ C chopped pecans or walnuts (put ½ C nuts in the mixture---the rest will be used to coat the Cheese ball)
1 TSP chopped garlic
1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, onions, garlic and ½ C of the nuts.
2. Roll the cheeses into a ball and refrigerate for 3 hours.
3. Roll ball in the remaining nuts and refrigerate for another hour.
4. Serve with crackers of your choice!
